However, if your projects need highest priority status or if you need ongoing further support each month, premium support may be a good option for you.
Premium Support allows for:
- Highest Priority status on your support requests. Usually you will receive a reply to your request within a few hours to longer than 1 business day.
- You increase the support tickets allowed each month to 3 Support tickets (up to 3 hours of support)
